How soon it can launch to society and how many people can impact from the code? How aggresively it can work with state government ecosystem? -
Architectural Design
Is the user experience and design of the project is getting delevered? Is there any full stack development in frontend and backend in the software? -
Quality of the Idea
How creative and unique is the project? Does the concept exist already? If so, how much does the project improve on it?
